01.

Individual therapy sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Through a relational and psychodynamic approach, I help individuals explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors to foster personal development and emotional well-being.

02.

Couples therapy focuses on strengthening connection, improving communication, and understanding attachment dynamics.  By  exploring underlying beliefs, frustrations, and aspirations partners are supported to notice  and make sense of relational patterns.  As mutual understanding deepens, space is created for shared healing, leading to  meaningful, lasting change.

03.

Family therapy focuses on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and deepening emotional connection. Through emotional exploration and disucussion I support families in identifying  their relational patterns and finding ways to move beyond them.  Family therapy enhances mutual understanding while supporting individual well-being.

With the rise of psychedelic healing it is important that we create space for integration once the ceremony is complete.  While I do not offer psychedelics for consumption, I do offer a safe and respectful setting in which clients can explore and build on insights gained during transformational experiences.

I offer a warm collaborative space where your whole self is welcome.  Our work involves exploring the life events, relationships, and personal experiences that brought you here today.  â€‹

I draw from a range of depth-oriented, trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and body-focused modalities---including  Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT)---offering a flexible, tailored approach.

I offer a free 30 minute consultation to help you decide if I am the right therapist for you
Together we can work through complex challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, burnout, life transitions, existential questions and more.

What's your story?

Let's talk

Everyone has a story.  In fact, I believe that each of us has many stories to tell.

It would be an honour to explore your stories with you and bring to light the richness

of your inner experience.
